Master Gears

Master Gears are used on a Roll Tester for Roll Testing of automobile gears. They are used to check Total Composite Error (TCE) & Tooth to Tooth Error (TTE) of gears. We manufacture them to DIN Quality Class IV in all module & diameter. They are made out of Vacuum Hardened imported High speed steel for long life.

Our Master Gears have been highly acclaimed in the industry for their precise dimensional accuracy and quality. We also undertake regrinding of worn-out master gears to restore the accuracies.

We have 4 MAAG gear grinders, 2 Reishauer gear grinders &3 WMW gear grinders. We can accommodate gears upto max 600 diameter and Modules ranging from 1 to 10 . Our stringent quality control measures ensure a flawless product that is offered to our client at reasonable prices.
